32.01.32.01 Program Direction

It is the intent of the

General Assembly that the

direct patient care

positions assigned to the
various institutions under

the jurisdiction of the

Mental Retardation and

Developmental Disabilities
Administration shall be used

solely within the

institutions to the extent
that these positions are
needed to maintain the
staffing ratios or for the
implementation of Individual

Patient Plans, or both.
