Programs Administration -

32.01.05 are to be used only

for the purposes herein

appropriated and there shall
be no budgetary transfers by

budget amendment or

otherwise from this unit to
any other unit or purpose

without the approval of the

Board of Public Works and

the Joint Budget and Audit

Committee. Proposed

budgetary transfers for
budget amendments shall be
reported to the Joint Budget
and Audit Committee in
advance to submissions of

such amendments to the

Governor for his approval.
Any budgetary transfers from

the Medical Care Programs

Administration to any other

program or budget unit must

receive prior approval of

the General Assembly in

accordance with Article 41,

Section 245(c) of the Laws

of Maryland.

All appropriations provided in
programs 32.01.05.01;

32.01.05.02; 32.01.05.04 and

32.01.05.05 are to be used
only for those programs, and

may only be transferred

within those programs or to

program 32.01.05.03.
