SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the initial
appointments under this Act shall be as follows: in 1981,
one-third of the commission shall be appointed for a 3 year
term, and one-third of the commission shall be appointed for
a 2 year term, and the remaining one-third of the commission
shall serve their terms under the previous appointment
provisions which expire in October, 1982. Thereafter,
one-third of the commission shall be appointed annually for
3 year staggered terms.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Water, Sewers
and Drains - Rules and Regulations

FOR the purpose of providing that only a fair summary of
rules and regulations adopted by the Frederick County
Board of County Commissioners in administering certain
provisions of law relative to water, sewers and drains
need be published prior to a certain hearing; and
clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 2-13-30

Article 11 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1979 Edition, supplemented to April, 1980, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 11 - Frederick County

2-13-30.

(A) The board may prescribe all needful rules and
regulations for the administration and enforcement of this
chapter.
