(Senate Bill 192)

AN ACT concerning

Washington County Housing Authority

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Housing Authority of
Washington County to provide housing for certain
persons; providing that the Housing Authority is
authorized to rent or lease housing to eligible persons
and to make certain loans for certain purposes;
requiring the Board of County Commissioners of
Washington County to adopt policies and necessary rules
and regulations, review and approve all projects, and
establish upper income limits with exceptions, subject
to a certain condition; and providing that the State
public body is authorized to aid and cooperate with the
Housing Authority; and making stylistic changes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
