Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Agriculture

2-510.

(b) In order to be considered by the foundation, an
application to sell shall:

(1)  Be received by the board not later than July
[31] 1 of the fiscal year in which the application is to be
considered; -

(2)  Include an asking price at which the owner
is willing to sell an easement; and

(3)  Include a complete description of the
subject land.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Procurement - Adoption of Regulations

FOR the purpose of removing the requirement that the Board
of Public Works and certain departments adopt
regulations to carry out the provisions of Article 21
of the Code, "Procurement" by a certain date; and
making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
