COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

FOR the purpose of requiring that persons desiring to
be licensed as an Electrical Contractor or Electrical
Contractor, Limited, possess a current Maryland construction
license.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Traders

FOR the purpose of requiring that transactions
involving gold, silver, and platinum items; jewelry; gems;
philatelic material; binoculars; watches; office machines;
cameras; T.V. sets; radio or stereo equipment; and musical
instruments be reported to the police; prohibiting trading
with minors; and providing for police inspection and
retention of traded items.
