AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Municipal Tax Differential

FOR the purpose of providing that the County may not
apply a set off against funds appropriated to municipalities
by the County for municipal tax differential purposes; and
providing that the County will make payment on funds
withheld during the fiscal year 1980-81.
