EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

The Personnel Law

FOR the purpose of extending the deadline for exemption
to the provisions of CB-1-1976 as to classified employees of
the Hospital Commission and its member hospitals.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Chapter 97,

Section 12,

Laws of Prince George's County,

Maryland, 1976, as amended by CB-28-1979.

Effective Date June 26, 1980.

maintaining separate funds for tax sale redemption money and
