COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(1979 Edition being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, as amended) title "Collection of Taxes",
to provide for the Treasurer to make up, prepare and mail or
deliver to each taxpayer his or her assessment on or before
August 1st of the taxable year and that the annual levy be
published in a newspaper having general circulation in Kent
County.

Effective Date September 2, 1980.

AN ACT, to add a new Section to the Code of Public Laws
of Kent County, (1979 Edition being Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Kent County" as
subtitled "County Commissioners" to provide for the creation
of a Commission to be known as the "Kent County Agriculture
Advisory Commission" and define membership, duties, and
responsibilities of such Commission.

Effective Date September 19, 1980.

AN ACT amending Section 7-10 (A) of Article 3 entitled
"Public Landings and Facilities" of Chapter 7 "Recreation"
of the Kent County Public Local Laws (1979 Edition) to
provide that the fee for the permit required for use by
vehicle trailers of public landings shall be set by the
County Commissioners upon the recommendations of the Public
Landings and Facilities Board.

Effective Date September 2, 1980.

AN ACT, to repeal Code Home Rule Bill #4-78 to repeal the
provisions of the Kent County Zoning Ordinance applying to
mooring buoys, since these provisions have been superseded
by the enactment of Bill #4-80 enacting Article 3 "Public
Landings and Facilities Act" to Chapter 7 "Recreation" of
the Kent County Code of Public Local Laws (1979 Edition).

Effective Date September 2, 1980.
