AN ACT to re-enact Section 299 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitled
Landfill—Malicious Burning, to prohibit the malicious
burning of the contents of refuse collection containers, and
to read as follows:

Effective Date January 18, 1980.

PARKING ON COUNTY PROPERTY

AN ACT to add a new Section 50 to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" subtitled "Parking on
County Property" to establish a permit system to control
off-street parking on County-owned and leased property, to
read as follows:

Effective Date May 5, 1980.

"FIRE AND RESCUE COMPANIES"

AN ACT to repeal Sections 159, 160, 161, and 162A of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963
Edition and 1973 Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" and
subtitled, "Fire Companies", and to re-enact Sections 160,
161, and 162 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, being Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) titled "Allegany
County" subtitled "Fire and Rescue Companies", to provide
for the creation of a Fire and Rescue Board, appropriations
thereto, to establish eligibility criteria and a
distribution allocation schedule to the various Fire and
Rescue Companies in Allegany County.
