RESOLUTION NO. 2-80

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Hyattsville proposed pursuant to Article 32A, Section 11
through 18, titled "Corporations - Municipal", subtitled
"Charter Amendments" of the Annotated Code of Maryland to
amend Article V, Sections 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-5, 5-11, 5-15 and
5-17 of the Charter of the City of Hyattsville, for the
purpose of eliminating the word "clerk" from the designation
clerk-treasurer.

[Article V, Sections 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-5, 5-11, 5-15,
and 5-17 of the Charter of the City of Hyattsville, Prince
George's County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 1, 1980]

with amendments.
