MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Constitution of Maryland, and Section 19 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957, (1973 Replacement
Volume), entitled "Corporations, Municipal," Sub-title "Home
Rule," sub-heading "Annexation," to enlarge the corporate
boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by amending the Public
Local Laws of Harford County, being a part of Article 13 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, by adding Section
202 entitled Additions and paragraph "c" thereof to Article
II CORPORATE LIMITS of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air,
annexing to said corporate boundaries the following area,
contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate
boundaries, being the same and all the land conveyed and
described in the following deeds:

Air, Harford County, added.

RESOLUTION NO. 59

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE 11-E OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND, AND SECTION 19 OF ARTICLE 23A OF
THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND, 1957 (1973 REPLACEMENT
VOLUME) ENTITLED "CORPORATIONS MUNICIPAL," TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEL AIR AND SECTION 1104 THEREOF TO
PROVIDE INCREASED PENALTIES FOR MISDEMEANORS AND TO PROVIDE
FOR FINES NOT EXCEEDING $500 OR IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING
NINETY (90) DAYS AND TO PROVIDE FOR MUNICIPAL INFRACTIONS.

County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION TO THE BOARD OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS

TO AMEND ARTICLE II CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE

CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEL AIR TO EXTEND THE

CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AND TO DESIGNATE THE

ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE LAND BEING ANNEXED.

Harford County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
