RESOLUTION

OF THE

MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE

CITY OF ANNAPOLIS

TO REPEAL

SECTION 27 - OF THE CHARTER

OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement
Volume and Supplements), titled "Corporations-Municipal",
for the purpose of repealing Section 27 of the Charter of
the City of Annapolis, pertaining to certain existing
retirement plans and disability plans for members of the
fire and police departments of the City of Annapolis,
effective as of July 1, 1980, subject to certain conditions,
and all matters relating generally thereto.

[Section 27 of the Charter of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, repealed.

Effective Date July 1, 1980]

RESOLUTION NO. R-35-80

A RESOLUTION for annexation of certain property located
along Spa Road and Harness Creek Road contiguous to the
existing boundary of the City of Annapolis, and for a
Charter amendment to amend Section 1(a) of the Charter of
the City of Annapolis to reflect the change in the boundary
line of the City of Annapolis resulting from such
annexation.

[Section 1(a) of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
Anne Arundel County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date September 30, 1980]
