sentence imposed by the court each such
person shall be under the supervision of
the Division of Parole and Probation under
the same terms and conditions as if on
parole, and upon the alleged violation of
any such condition shall be subject to
arrest, incarceration and revocation of
this commutation under the authority of the
Maryland Parole Commission to the same
extent and subject to the same procedures
as are provided by law for the arrest,
hearing and revocation of persons on
parole.
AND I HEREBY Direct the immediate release from further
confinement of the aforesaid individuals.

CHRISTMAS COMMUTATIONS
LOCAL PRISONERS
WHEREAS, Each of the following inmates was convicted in
this State by a court of competent jurisdiction and is
presently nearing the expiration date of his respective
sentence; and
WHEREAS, Each is in the custody of the local authority of
the jail or detention center of a political
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, The appropriate chief executive authorities of the
participating local subdivision have reviewed,
approved, and recommended the commutations from their
respective jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, Assurances have been received from the appropriate
authority that:
(1) None of these inmates have been convicted of
a crime of violence, as that term is defined in
Code, Art. 27, § 710(C)c (viz., "... abduction,
arson, kidnapping, maiming, murder, rape,
robbery, including robbery with a deadly weapon
