AN ACT concerning

State Facilities' Sewer Systems - Spring Grove Hospital

FOR the purpose of providing for the payment by the State of
water and sewer service charges to State buildings and
facilities and its share of certain construction costs;
providing for the payment by the State to Baltimore
County of certain unpaid sewer service charges for

Spring Grove Hospital; and repealing a certain

provision of law relating to the payment of sewer costs
for the Spring Grove State Hospital.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(as enacted by Chapter 376 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1947) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

Article 44 - Hospitals - Maryland

[9A.

The State of Maryland shall annually appropriate and
pay to the County Commissioners of Baltimore County
commencing and accounting from July 1st, 1949, the sum of
$5,487.53 as payment for the cost of sewer service to the
Spring Grove State Hospital, and proper provision shall be
made for the appropriations herein in all State budgets
after the budget for the present biennium from July 1st,
1947 through June 30, 1949.]
