VETOES
This bill allows a nonprofit organization with a
special Baltimore City Class C beer, wine and liquor license
to purchase beer from a wholesale dealer.
Senate Bill 984, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 12, 1981, accomplishes the
same purpose.
Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign House Bill
760.
Sincerely,
Harry Hughes
Governor
House Bill No. 769
