Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in this
section, any funds encumbered prior to July 1, 1977 in the
items being repealed as of July 1, 1977 shall not be
repealed and it is the expressed intent that the
unencumbered balances in said repealed items as of July 1,
1977 shall be transferred to and be available for the
appropriations initially authorized on July 1, 1977.

11H.

That, for the fiscal year 1976, of the funds
appropriated by Section 5 of this Act, there shall be
allocated a total of $19,000,000 to be used exclusively by
the State agencies and local governing bodies hereunder.
From the funds available under this program for the fiscal
year 1976, the following State agencies and Baltimore City
are hereby authorized to expend the following amounts for
the following projects:

Department of Natural Resources, Land
Acquisition

(1)  Bush River (Harford County):

Approximately 75 acres but not to

exceed 500 acres.................... $ 100,000

(2)  Doncaster (Charles County):

Approximately 100 acres but not to

exceed 1,600 acres.................. 100,000

(3)  Green Ridge (Allegany County):

Approximately 250 acres but not to

exceed 51,477 acres................. $ 200,000

(4)  Jane's Island (Somerset County):

Approximately 57 acres but not to

exceed 3,115 acres.................. 100,000

(5)  Merkle (Prince George's and Calvert
Counties):

Approximately 175 acres but not to

exceed 2,420 acres.................. 300,000
