1458-58 of the Acts of 1978, and
extended by Chapter 563 on page 2723 of
the Acts of 1975, By Chapter 334 on page
2073 of the Acts of 1977, and by Chapter
357 on page 1464 of the Acts of 1978.
The appropriation was previously
supplemented by Chapter 886 on page 3632
of the Acts of 1975, which was amended
by Chapter 334 on page 2068 of the Acts
of 1977 and by Chapter 357 on pages
1461-62 of the Acts of 1978, and
extended by Chapter 334 on page 2074 of
the Acts of 1977, by Chapter 357 on page
1465 of the Acts of 1978, and by Chapter
722 on page 2508 of the Acts of 1980.
Section 8 of Chapter 195 of the Acts of
1973 and Section 8 of Chapter 886 of the
Acts of 1975 are hereby modified to the
extent that work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore appropriated
for that purpose (Baltimore City)....... 1,900,000
(4) Design and preparation of plans for a
500-bed State medium/maximum security
prison. No funds from this
appropriation are to be expended before
October 1, 1981.................................800, 000
(5) To supplement the capital appropriation,
"Equipment for the 500-bed security
annex...", originally made by Chapter
