RESOLVED, That the Task Force's report and

recommendations be presented to the General Assembly of

Maryland and the Governor by December 1, 1981; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That the Task Force receive staff support
from the Maryland Forest Service Division of the Department
of Natural Resources; and be it further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be sent to the
Governor, the Honorable Harry Hughes; the President of the
Senate of Maryland, the Honorable James Clark, Jr.; the
Speaker of the House of Delegates, the Honorable Benjamin L.
Cardin; James B. Coulter, Secretary of the Department of
