WITH NO OFF-SALE PRIVILEGES TO BE EXERCISED THEREWITH.

(VIII) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
MAY NOT ISSUE MORE THAN TWO CLASS B-CI LICENSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages -

Number of Licenses

PG 306-81

FOR the purpose of altering the number of alcoholic
beverages licenses of Class A (beer), Class A (beer,
wine and liquor), and Class B (beer, wine, and liquor)
that can be issued in Prince George's County; and
providing for the number of Class B-CI alcoholic
beverage licenses that can be issued in the County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(as enacted by Chapter 665 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1980) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:
