westerly direction, north of, 500 feet distant from, and
parallel to the north side of the Ashton-Olney Road to a
point on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence in a generally southerly and
easterly direction with and along the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.

(c) All that area in the Bethesda, Potomac and
Rockville election districts within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, [said] THE point being on the outline of the lands
of Frances A. Hufty as recorded among the land records of
Montgomery County, Maryland, in liber 727 at folio 197 and
300 feet south of, at right angles to the south side of
River Road, and running thence in a generally westerly
direction, south of, parallel to, and 300 feet distant from
the south side of River Road to a point 300 feet south of,
at right angles to [said] THE River Road where the same is
intersected by Cabin John Creek, thence in a generally
northerly direction at right angles to River Road, to Cabin
John Creek, thence in a generally northerly direction with
the centerline of Cabin John Creek to a point on the south
line of Bradley Boulevard, thence in a generally westerly
direction along the south line of Bradley Boulevard to a
point, at right angles to the centerline of Bradley
Boulevard where the same is intersected by a line, 200 feet
west of the southerly prolongation of the fourth or north 0°
11' 30" west, 368.32 foot line of a deed from Lawrence J.
Heller, et ux, to W. Kenneth Trunnell, et ux, dated November
3, 1950, and recorded among the land records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in liber 1454 at folio 198, thence in a
northerly direction, at right angles to the centerline of
Bradley Boulevard to the centerline of Bradley Boulevard,
thence in a generally northerly direction, west of, 200 feet
distant from and parallel to [said] THE southerly
prolongation of [said] THE fourth deed line and [said] THE
fourth deed line to a point on the first or south 88° 01'
40" west, 736.28 foot line of the aforesaid deed, thence in
a generally westerly direction with and along [said] THE
first deed line to the end of the twelfth or south 5° 10'
55" east, 817.71 foot line of parcel one of a deed from
Lawrence J. Heller, et ux, to W. Kenneth Trunnell, et ux,
dated March 1, 1951, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 1499 at folio 521, thence in a generally
northerly direction reversely with and along [said] THE
twelfth deed line for a distance of 780.00 feet, thence
leaving [said] THE deed line and running with the following
courses and distances: North 56° 46' 00" west, true, 1040
feet to a point, thence north 33° 04' 30" west, true, 568
feet to a point, thence north 9° 50' 00" west, true, 1007
feet to a point, thence north 23° 15' 00" west, true, 294
feet to a point, thence north 37° 44' 50" west, true, 706
feet to a point, thence north 47° 26' 20" east, true, 831
feet to a point, thence north 17° 51' 50" east, true, 378
