recorded among [said] THE land records in liber 2101 at
folio 167, and running thence westerly along the southerly
lines of the property conveyed by [said] THE latter deed
crossing Seven Locks Road and continuing with [said] THE
deed lines to a point at or near Cabin John Branch where the
same intersect the easterly lines of the conveyance from
Henry Bradley to George R. Bell dated June 13, 1884, and
recorded among the land records of [said] THE county in
liber E. P. B. 32 at folio 263; thence with the lines of
[said] THE latter deed to a point on the existing boundary
of [said] THE district, [said] THAT point being the
intersection of the centerline of Bell's Mill Road and the
centerline of Seven Locks Road, and thence in an easterly
direction with the center line of Bell's Mill Road to the
point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the areas
above described and [said] THE areas shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.
19-40. 1959 boundary extensions — Bethesda and Potomac
election districts.
(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in Montgomery County described as follows: All that area in
the Bethesda and Potomac election districts within the
following described boundaries: Beginning for the same at a
point on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, said point being on the outline of the
lands of Frances A. Hufty as recorded among the land records
of Montgomery County, Maryland, in liber 727 at folio 197
and 300 feet south of, at right angles to the south side of
River Road, and running thence in a generally westerly
direction, south of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from
the south side of River Road to a point 300 feet south of,
at right angles to [said] River Road where the same is
intersected by Cabin John Creek, thence in a generally
northerly direction at right angles to River Road, to Cabin
John Creek, thence in a generally northerly direction with
the centerline of Cabin John Creek to a point on the south
line of Bradley Boulevard, thence in a generally westerly
direction along the south line of Bradley Boulevard to a
point at right angles to the centerline of Bradley Boulevard
where the same is intersected by a line, 200 feet west of
the southerly prolongation of the fourth or north 0° 11' 30"
west, 368.32 foot line of a deed from Lawrence J. Heller, et
ux, to W. Kenneth Trunnell, et ux, dated November 3, 1950
and recorded among the land records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in liber 1454 at folio 198, thence in a northerly
direction, at right angles to the centerline of Bradley
Boulevard to the centerline of Bradley Boulevard, thence in
