ninth and eighth lines of the aforesaid deed from Joseph P.
Matthews, et ux, to Edna Matthews Addison to the beginning
of the fourth line of a deed from Charles A. Burgdorf, et
ux, to Benjamin W. Woodward, et ux, dated July 13, 1953 and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 1628 at
folio 311, thence with and along the fourth, fifth and sixth
lines of the aforesaid deed from Charles A. Burgdorf, et ux,
to Benjamin W. Woodward, et ux, to the west side of
Enterprise Road, thence in an easterly direction at right
angles to Enterprise Road to the east side thereof, thence
in a northerly direction with the east side of Enterprise
Road to a point opposite and at right angles to the end of
the fifth line of Parcel No. 1 described in a deed from
Charles A. Burgdorf, et ux, to Edward Burke Kelly, et ux,
dated July 21, 1953 and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 1632 at folio 32, thence in a westerly
direction at right angles to Enterprise Road to the end of
[said] THE fifth line of parcel no. 1, thence reversely with
and along the fifth, fourth, third, second and first lines
described in the aforesaid deed from Charles A. Burgdorf, et
ux, to Edward Burke Kelly, et ux, to the end of the fourth
line of the aforesaid deed from Joseph P. Matthews, et ux,
to Edna Matthews Addison, recorded in liber 632 at folio
456, thence reversely with [said] THE fourth deed line to
the beginning of the fifth line of a deed from Edna Matthews
Addison, et vir, to James H. Starkey, Jr., et ux, dated
April 14, 1951 and recorded among the aforesaid land records
in liber 1351 at folio 380, thence with and along the fifth
through the fifteenth lines of the aforesaid deed from Edna
Matthews Addison, et vir, to James H. Starkey, Jr., et ux,
thence with and along the sixteenth line of [said] THE deed
to the south right of way line of John Hanson Highway,
thence in a northerly direction along a straight line drawn
from the last mentioned point to the intersection of the
north right of way line of John Hanson Highway with the
fifteenth line described in a deed from Margaret M. Duvall
to Thomas Beans, dated September 11, 1905 and recorded among
the aforesaid land records in liber 24 at folio 537, thence
in a westerly direction along the north right of way line of
John Hanson Highway to the point of beginning.
(e) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the areas
above described and [said] THE areas shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.
