straight line to the beginning of the twenty-first line of a
deed from William Viers Bouic, et al, to William B. Mobley,
dated April 28, 1904, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 190 at folio 187, thence with and along the
twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-third and first lines of
the aforesaid deed from William Viers Bouic, et al, to
William B. Mobley to the center of the Rockville-Frederick
Pike, known as U. S. Route 240, thence in a southwesterly
direction to a point west of, at right angles to and 500
feet distant from the west line of the Rockville-Frederick
Pike, thence in a northerly and northwesterly direction west
of, 500 feet distant from and parallel to the west line of
the [said] Rockville-Frederick Pike to the boundaries of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence with the
boundary of [said] THE sanitary district around the Town of
Gaithersburg to its intersection with the ' northerly
extension of the dividing line between the properties of
Herbert Bryant and Sons and Margaret H. Harrell, referred to
in Chapter 100 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1951,
