Ch. 805

(h) Beginning for the same at a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
[said] THE point being at the beginning of the fifth or
south 7° west 38 1/5 perch line described in a deed from
Thomas J. Cook to Dennis J. McCarthy, dated August 31, 1894,
and recorded among the land records of Prince George's
County, Maryland, in liber J. W. B. 31 at folio 145, and
running thence in a southerly direction with and along
[said] THE fifth line of the [said] deed from Thomas J. Cook
to Dennis J. McCarthy to the end of the east or fifth line
of a deed from Louis A. Davis to Hilda A. Davis, dated April
1, 1941, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in
liber 596 at folio 193, thence in a southerly and westerly
direction, reversely with and along [said] THE east or fifth
line and the south or fourth and third lines of the
aforesaid deed from Louis A. Davis to Hilda A. Davis, and
with the westerly prolongation of [said] THE third line to
the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence northerly and easterly with and along the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District to the point of beginning.

(i) Beginning for the same at a point on the present
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, 500
feet north of the north line of the Ardmore-Buena Vista
Highway, [said] THE point being on the first or north 2°
west, 187 1/2 perch line of parcel 2, described in a deed
from the Federal Land Bank of Baltimore to Francis Scraggs,
dated August 21, 1939, and recorded among the land records
of Prince George's County, Maryland, in liber 543 at folio
157, and running thence in an easterly direction, north of,
parallel to and 500 feet distant from the north line of the
Ardmore-Buena Vista Highway to the center line of the Vista
Road, thence in a southerly direction with the center line
of the Vista Road to a point south of and 500 feet distant
from the south line of the Ardmore-Buena Vista Highway,
thence in a westerly direction, south of, parallel to and
500 feet distant from the south line of the Ardmore-Buena
Vista Highway to the present boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a general northerly
direction with the present boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

(j) All that area included within the corporate limits
of the City of Greenbelt as described in chapter 583 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1949 excepting therefrom the
following: Beginning at the intersection of Crescent Road
and Edmonston-Beltsville Road, thence northerly along the
east right of way line of [said] Edmonston-Beltsville Road
to the northerly boundary line of the City of Greenbelt;
thence continuing along [said] THE northerly boundary line
in an easterly direction to a concrete monument, (S-10)
having coordinates of north 45504.37 east 37999.04; thence
in a southerly direction along the perimeter of the housing
project land owned by Greenbelt Veterans Housing Corporation
and recorded in maps of Greenbelt project, prepared by
Thomas G. Oyster and associates dated December 1952, to the
