include additional territory within Montgomery County
designated and described by the following boundaries:
Beginning at a point 150.00 feet northwesterly of Water
Street in the Town of Gaithersburg and of the southeast
corner of the lot retained by the grantor of the conveyance
from Oscar E. Fulks and Edith M. Fulks to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission as recorded among the land
records of Montgomery County in liber CKW 612, folio 345 and
being on the westerly boundary of [said] THE lot, [said] THE
line also being the westernmost boundary of the present
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission district as extended
[(Act 1947, ch.820)] SECTION 19-18 thence 150.00 feet west
from and parallel to the center line of [said] Water Street
to intersect the center line of Chambers Lane (a road
leading to the residence of Robert Chambers); thence along
the center line of [said] THE lane in a southeasterly
direction 150,000 feet more or less to a point in the above
mentioned center line of Water Street; thence still in a
southeasterly direction crossing the (formerly) E. T. Mills
property to the westernmost corner of the property of the
board of education acquired from Frank H. Wilmot by deed
dated May 18, 1946; thence to include all of [said] THE land
running with the southwesterly and easterly lines thereof to
a point 150.00 feet west of the Rockville and Frederick
Road; thence 150.00 feet west from and parallel to the
center line of [said] THE road in a southerly direction to a
point 150.00 feet westerly of the center line of the [said]
road, [said] THE point being also 150.00 feet southerly from
the center line of the public road (Deer Park Road) from the
Rockville and Frederick Road to Washington Grove, [said] THE
center line being also the dividing line between the Hutton
tract and the Oakmot subdivision; thence parallel to an
extension of [said] THE public road center line in a
southwesterly direction 350.00 feet to a point 500.00 feet
westerly from the center line of the [said] Rockville and
Frederick Road; thence parallel to and 500.00 feet west from
the center line of [said] THE Rockville and Frederick Road
in a southeasterly direction to a point in the center line
of the Shady Grove Road; thence along the center line of
[said] THE road in a northeasterly direction 1000.00 feet
crossing the Rockville and Frederick Road; thence leaving
the Shady Grove Road in a northwesterly direction and
running parallel to and 500 feet east from the center line
of the [said] Rockville, Frederick Road to a point 150.00
feet southerly from the center line of the public road (Deer
Park Road); thence in an easterly direction 150.00 feet
south from and parallel to the center line of [said] THE
public road (Deer Park Road) to intersect the center line of
the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad 150.00 feet south of the
overhead bridge crossing; thence westerly along the center
line of [said] railroad to a point opposite the dividing
line between the properties of Herbert Bryant & Sons, and
Margaret H. Harrell; thence running along [said] THE
dividing line in a northeasterly direction to intersect an
extension of the northeasterly boundary line of the present
district; thence along [said] THE extension in a
northwesterly direction to the eastmost corner of the
