in plat book 2 as plat no. 49, thence in a southeasterly
direction to intersect the most westerly corner of the
[said] Beltsville Heights subdivision, [said] THE corner
being the westerly end of the [said] south 29° 16' east
2564.7 feet line of the Beltsville Heights subdivision,
thence in a generally southeasterly direction within the
boundaries of [said] THE Beltsville Heights subdivision to a
point north of, 126 feet distant from and at right angles to
the north side of Odell Road, thence to the southeast corner
of lot 1, block F, Beltsville Heights, thence to the west
corner of lot 27, block F, Beltsville Heights, thence to the
north corner of lot 27, block F, Beltsville Heights, thence
to the southeast corner of lot 19, block F, Beltsville
Heights, thence at right angles to the center of Odell Road
and the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence with the existing boundary of the
[said] Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.

(e)  All of that part of Spaulding's, Kent and Melwood
Election Districts in the Forestville-Ritchie area within
the following metes and bounds: Beginning at a corner in the
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
[said] THE corner being southeast of, and 200 feet distant
from the south side of Westphalia Road about one-fourth mile
east of where [said] THE road joins the Marlboro Pike in the
Spaulding's Election District in Prince George's County, and
running, thence in a generally northeasterly direction south
of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the south side of
the [said] Westphalia Road to a point east of and 200 feet
distant from the east side of the Alms House Road, thence in
a generally northerly direction, east of, parallel to and
200 feet distant from the east side of the Alms House Road
to the east boundary of the Spaulding's Election District,
thence with the east boundary of the Spaulding's Election
District to a point southeast of and 200 feet distant from
the south side of the road between Forestville and Central
Avenue, thence in a generally northerly direction east of,
parallel to, and 200 feet distant from the east side of the
road between Forestville and Central Avenue to the present
boundary of the [said] Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence with the present boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

(f)  All of those tracts adjoining or within the Town
of Gaithersburg, as follows: Beginning for the same at a
point where the corporate limits of the Town of Gaithersburg
intersects the northern or rear boundary of lot 25, block 4
of "Russell and Brooks Addition to Gaithersburg" as shown on
a plat thereof recorded among the land records of Montgomery
County, Maryland in plat book B, as plat no. 40, [said] THE
point being also on the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, and running, thence in a
northeasterly direction with the north 73° 04' east 939.6
feet line of the [said] "Russell and Brooks Addition to
Gaithersburg" to the northeast corner of lot 31, block 4 of
