Ch. 805

Aspen Kennels; thence along the center line of the Viers
Mill-Aspen Road to the intersection of [said] Viers
Mill-Aspen Road with the Viers Mill Road; thence in a
southeasterly direction along the center line of the Viers
Mill Road to a point where it is intersected by the present
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District thence
in an easterly direction along the present boundary of
[said] THE district to the place of beginning.

19-10. Same — Hynesboro Park, Marlboro Road, Marlboro
Pike, Parkland areas.

The following areas are hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District: Beginning at a point where the
present boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District on the Telegraph Road in Lanham District of Prince
George's County intersects the north line of the subdivision
known as Hynesboro Park at Second Street and running thence
easterly with Second Street and the north line of Hynesboro
Park and southerly with the east line of Hynesboro Park to
the north line of a subdivision known as Seabrook Acres, and
thence easterly with the north line of Seabrook Acres, and
thence southerly with the east line of Seabrook Acres to
intersect with a line parallel to and 150 feet northerly
from Hynesboro-Seabrook Road, and thence with [said] THE
line and the projection thereof to Railroad Avenue in the
subdivision known as Seabrook, and thence with the last line
of Railroad Avenue and the prolongation thereof to a point
300 feet south of the Defense Highway, and thence with a
line parallel to and 300 feet southerly from the Defense
Highway to Bald Hill Branch, the present boundary of [said]
THE district, and thence continuing northerly with Bald Hill
Branch and with the present boundary line of [said] THE
district to the place of beginning. And beginning at a
stone on the south boundary of District Heights, section 1,
which is north 74° 13' east 5.76 feet west of the west line
of Sixth Street, and running thence in a straight line to
the Forestville-Ritchie Road and the northwest corner of
Phelps Addition to Forestville, thence along the north
boundary line of the Phelps property to the east line
thereof, thence along the east line of [said] THE Phelps
property and in a straight line to the north corner of the
Joseph R. Roll property, thence along the northeast boundary
line of the Joseph R. Roll property and in a straight line
to a point 300 feet southeast of the Westphalia Road, thence
parallel to Westphalia Road and in a straight line to a
point 300 feet southwest of the Marlboro Road, thence
parallel to the Marlboro Road and 300 feet southwest
therefrom to a point 300 feet east of Stewart Road, thence
in a southerly direction 300 feet east and parallel to
Stewart Road to a point opposite the south boundary line of
Sherwood Subdivision prolongated, thence in a straight line
to and along the south boundary line of Sherwood Subdivision
to the west line thereof, thence along the west boundary
line of Sherwood Subdivision to Ole Longfield Subdivision,
thence along the south and west boundary of Ole Longfield
Subdivision to the south line of the Thomas A. O'Donnell
