(c) Any person with respect to whom a return,
statement, or other [documents] DOCUMENT is required under
this subtitle shall furnish a federal internal revenue
identifying number or social security number for securing
his proper identification, and in such case as the
Comptroller may direct, such person shall also furnish his
federal Interstate Commerce Commission identifying number.

(a) The circuit courts of the State, upon petition of
the Commissioner, may restrain or enjoin any conditions or
practices in the operation of any railroad that create an
imminent danger which could reasonably be expected to cause
death or serious physical harm to persons or damage to
property. Any order issued under this section may require
any necessary action to avoid, correct, or remove the
imminent danger and prohibit the presence of any individuals
in locations or under conditions where the imminent danger
exists, except individuals whose presence is necessary to
avoid, correct, or remove the imminent danger, or where a
cessation of operations [in] IS necessary to permit the
removal to be accomplished in a safe and orderly manner.

Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary
or any limitation or restriction contained in any other law,
the directors of finance of Montgomery or Prince George's
counties may invest, redeem, sell, exchange, and reinvest
unexpended or surplus moneys, in any fund or account of
which he has custody or control, in bankers' [acceptances]
