AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Requirements for Competitive Bidding

FOR the purpose of altering the dollar amount above which
the services of architectural, engineering or other
consultant firms are subject to competitive bidding in
Frederick County providing that in Frederick County
contracts for services of architectural, engineering,
or other consultant firms shall be awarded on a
competitive basis and increasing the dollar amount of
county work above which competitive bidding may be
required.
