Transit Commission and, upon issuance of a mandatory
injunction against a commissioner pursuant to Title 7, the
appropriate bicounty commission shall suspend payment of any
salary or other compensation to the commissioner pending
full compliance with the terms of the injunction.

Subtitle 3. Lobbying Disclosure.

6-301. Provisions to be adopted by local governments.

Not later than December 31, 1980, each county, the City
of Baltimore, and each of the incorporated municipalities
shall enact lobbyist regulation provisions substantially
similar to the provisions of Title 5 of this article which
shall be modified to the extent necessary to make the
provisions relevant to that jurisdiction and which may be
further modified to the extent deemed necessary and
appropriate by and for that jurisdiction.

Subtitle 4. Express Powers.

6-401. Powers enumerated in Article 23A, 25A, and 25B and in
Baltimore City charter.

For the purposes of Sections 6-101, 6-201, and 6-301,
the express powers contained and enumerated in Articles 23A,
25A, and 25B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and in the
Charter of the City of Baltimore are intended and shall be
deemed to incorporate and include the power and authority
contained in this article.

6-501. Equitable relief; modification, extension or
suspension of time requirements.

(a)  If the Commission determines that any county, the
City of Baltimore, or any incorporated municipality has not
conformed to the requirements of this title, it may seek
appropriate relief in a court exercising equity
jurisdiction in the county or city having proper venue for
the purposes of requiring compliance with this title. The
court may grant any available equitable relief.

(b)  Any county, the city, or municipality may ask the
Commission for modification, extension, or suspension of the
time requirements of this section to comply based upon good
cause, including, but not limited to, undue individual
hardship, or the population size of the county, the city, or
municipality. The Commission shall consider all such
requests, and may grant any modification, extension, or
suspension of time it considers justified.

Title 7.

Enforcement.

7-101. Petition for injunctive or other relief; cease and
desist order; voiding official action; penalty for violation
of article.
