SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the passage
of Subsection 13-102(c) of the Agriculture Article of this

Bill is contingent upon the passage of H. B. _____(11r2233).

Should that measure fail of enactment, Subsection 13-102(c)
is void without the need of further action by the General
Assembly.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities
Authority - Definitions Definition

FOR the purpose of including State institutions approved by
University of Maryland health facilities, upon approval
by the Board of Public Works and the Joint Budget and
Audit Committee, within the definitions definition of
"institutions of higher learning" and "hospital" under
the Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities
Authority Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
