NEIGHBORHOOD DWELLINGS TO ACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF HEALTH AND

SAFETY.

THE SECRETARY, OR THE SECRETARY'S DESIGNEE, SHALL BE AN
EX OFFICIO AND VOTING MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
EACH NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES CORPORATION RECEIVING
GRANT FUNDS FROM THE DEPARTMENT.

THE DEPARTMENT MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS NECESSARY FOR THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981 1982, contingent upon the
appropriation of sufficient funding in the fiscal year 1983
State budget, and if the budget does not contain sufficient
funding, this Act shall be null and void without necessity
of further action by the General Assembly.

AN ACT concerning

Hospitals and Related Institutions -
Domiciliary Care

FOR the purpose of providing for the regulation of certain
domiciliary care facilities; excluding certain
"sheltered housing for elderly" and "certified adult
residential environmental homes", and certain nursing
facilities and visiting nurse services from the
definition of "related institutions"; defining certain
terms; and clarifying language; making certain
sheltered housing exempt from this Act; and generally
relating to domiciliary care.
