In addition to any other powers and duties provided by
law, the Bank Regulations Board has the powers and shall
perform the duties set forth in Title 5, Subtitle 4 and §
5-504 of this article.]

2-402.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment

provisions of the Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of
1978, the following provisions of this article that create
or relate to the Banking Board and any regulations adopted
under these provisions shall terminate and be of no effect
after July 1, 1982.

(2) § 2-302 ("Membership");

(3) § 3-203 ("ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION FILING

FOR EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL");

(5) § 3-705 ("WHEN BANK COMMISSIONER TO ACT");

(6) § 4-203 ("ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION FILING

FOR EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL");

(7) § 4-701 ("CONSOLIDATIONS, MERGERS, AND

TRANSFERS OF ASSETS");

(8) TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 4 ("AFFILIATES");

[(4)] (9) § 5-501 ("New branches"); [and]

(10) § 5-502 ("ELECTRONIC TERMINALS");

(11) § 5-504 ("ADDITIONAL BANKING ACTIVITIES AND
BANK RELATED SERVICES AUTHORIZED");

[(5)] (12) § 5-801 ("Removal of director or
officer for unsafe or unsound practices"); AND

(13) § 12-209 ("ISSUANCE OF PERMIT").

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
