AS TO ANY CLAIM MADE BECAUSE OF ACTION TAKEN IN (1) THIS STATE CONSENTS TO SUIT BY ANY CLAIMANT (2) ANY DEFENSE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS 17-204. (A) THE GOVERNOR SHALL CERTIFY TO THE FEDERAL (B) THE CERTIFICATION SHALL BE MADE ON THE THIRTIETH 17-205. (A) WHEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REPORTS ABANDONED (B) EACH CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT SHALL POST THE 17-206.
