OR ON ANY PROPERTY SPECIFIED IN § 21-101.1 OF THIS ARTICLE
WHILE HIS LICENSE OR PRIVILEGE TO DRIVE IS SUSPENDED UNDER §
17-106, § 26-204, § 26-206, OR § 27-103 OF THIS ARTICLE
SHALL BE ASSESSED THE POINTS AS PROVIDED FOR IN §
16-402(A)(6) OF THIS TITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - Bird River and

North East Creek Dredging

Bird River and North East Creek Dredging Loan

of 1976 - Increase in State Debt Authorized

FOR the purpose of altering the total amount of State debt
authorized by Chapter 5 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1977, as amended by Chapter 826 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of 1978, by Chapter 498 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1979, and by Chapter
262 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1980; and
amending Chapter 5 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1977, as last amended by Chapter 262 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1980, to alter the total
authorization of the State debt; and providing
generally for the issue and sale of bonds evidencing
the loan.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 5 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1977,
as last amended by Chapter 826 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1978, by Chapter 498 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1979, and by
Chapter 262 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1980

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL    ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of    the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted    to read as
follows:
