SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That each
project and authorization under Chapter 334 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1977, as amended, relating to
Community Adult Rehabilitation Centers, is hereby repealed.
shall be repealed January 1, 1982. Any amounts authorized
by Chapter 334 that have not been expended as of June 1,
1981 January 1, 1982 shall revert to the annuity bond fund.
This section may not be construed as impairing contracts in
effect prior to June 1, 1981 January 1, 1982.

SECTION 3 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1981.

material; and defining terms.
