(3)  Maryland State Police:

(a)  Construction of detachment headquarters
and aircraft repair hangar building at
Martin Airport (Baltimore County). This
request will provide construction funds
required to erect a pre-engineered
building similar to the Henson hangar
addition at Salisbury/Wicomico Regional
Airport. The manufacturer of the

pre-engineered hangar shall

unconditionally guarantee the

weather-tightness of the roof system for
20 years. The manufacturer shall also
warrant the roof, and wall panels against
deterioration for 20 years. The
U-factor shall not exceed .10 in the

wall and roof systems................... 2,500,000

Crime Laboratory...", originally made by
Chapter 86 on page 334 of the Acts of

1979,  as detailed on page I-119 of
Volume I of the Maryland State Budget
for the Fiscal Year ending June 30,

1980, submitted to the General Assembly
by the Governor; the General
Construction Loan Act provisions
incorporated by reference on page 334 of
the Acts of 1979 being hereby modified
to the extent that work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board of
Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of funds
