the General Assembly by the Governor;
Section 1(6) of Chapter 914 of the Acts
of 1976, and Section 1(9) (7) of Chapter
420 of the Acts of 1979 being hereby
modified to the extent that work may
begin upon satisfactory assurances to
the Board of Public Works that said
project can be completed with the
aggregate of the funds herein and
heretofore appropriated for that purpose

(b) Construction of Baltimore City District
Court No. 1, to be located on Wabash

Ave..........................................6,270,000

(c) Preparation of detailed plans and

specifications for construction of

Baltimore City District Court No. 2 to
be located on land owned by the State on
the effective date of this Act..........                150,000

(C) (b) To provide a loan to Historic
Annapolis, Inc. for the purpose of
consolidating interest payments for
mortgages on the historic Callahan
House, 164 Conduit Street, Annapolis and
the historic Gassaway-Feldmeyer House,
194 Prince George Street, Annapolis and
to provide a loan for preservation and
restoration of Reynold's Tavern, Church
Circle, Annapolis, Hancock's Resolution,
Bayside Beach Road, Bayside Beach and
Retallick-Brewer House, 183 Green
Street, Annapolis, or other buildings in
the Registered National Landmark
District. Terms and conditions for the
loan will be determined by the Board of
Public Works............................ 600,000

(d) (c) Replace the roof at 206 Main Street,

(e) (d) Install ten relocatable classrooms
