HARRY HUGHES, Governor                               2681

Beginning at the intersection of East Fayette Street
and North Broadway, continuing south along the center line
of North Broadway to East Baltimore Street.

(bb) The boundary between wards 3 and 4 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of East
Fayette Street and the Fallsway, continuing south along the
center line of the Fallsway to its end; and

(2)  Then south along the east side of the Jones
Falls to the waters of the harbor.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
boundary lines established by this Act do not affect other
ward boundary lines not specifically mentioned.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
boundary lines delineated in this Act do not affect
Congressional, legislative, or councilmanic districts as
presently established by law [ and may not be used for any
purpose prior to January 1, 1982 except for providing
boundary lines for use in the 1980 census ] .

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies

FOR the purpose of altering the method by which a consumer
dispute must be conveyed to a consumer reporting agency
in order for that agency to take certain action; and
substituting a specific time for a consumer credit
