Avenue to Liberty Heights Avenue;

(15)  Then west along the center line of Liberty
Heights Avenue to Hicks Avenue;

(16)  Then north along the center line of Hicks
Avenue to Chatham Road;

(17)  Then west along the center line of Chatham
Road to Eldorado Avenue;

(18)  Then north along the center line of
Eldorado Avenue to Groveland Avenue;

(19)  Then east along the center line of
Groveland Avenue to Garrison Boulevard;

(20)  Then northeast along the center line of
Garrison Boulevard to the center of Western Maryland Railway
right-of-way;

(21)  Then southeast along the center line of the
Western Maryland Railway right-of-way to Lewin Avenue; and

(22)  Then northeast along the center line of
Lewin Avenue to Reisterstown Road.

(e)  The boundary between wards 15 and 27 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Lewin
Avenue and Reisterstown Road, continuing southeast along
Reisterstown Road to West Coldspring Lane; and

(2)  Then continuing east along the center line
of West Coldspring Lane to Greenspring Avenue;

(3)  Then continuing southeast along the center
line of Greenspring Avenue to the southernmost boundary of
the Children's Hospital School.

(f)  The boundary between wards 13 and 27 shall be as
follows:

(1) Beginning at the intersection of Greenspring
Avenue and the southernmost boundary of the Children's
Hospital School, proceeding east along the southern boundary
of the school and north along the eastern boundary of the
School to the easternmost point of the School;
