Chapter 586 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1980

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL    ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the Acts of    the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or enacted    to read as
follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the boundary lines of certain wards in
Baltimore City are established as follows AND THAT WHERE
CHANGES IN THE ALIGNMENT OF EXISTING WARD LINES DO NOT
OCCUR, THE EXISTING LINES OR LINE SEGMENTS SHALL REMAIN IN
EFFECT:

(a)  The boundary between wards 20 21 and 25 shall be
as follows:

(1) Beginning at the mouth of Gwynns Falls and
its intersection with the middle branch of the Patapsco
River and continuing upstream along the center line of
Gwynns Falls to the point where Gwynns Falls intersects with
Maiden's Choice Run, then proceeding along the center line
of Maiden's Choice Run to Yale Avenue THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF
THE CHESAPEAKE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD TRACKS;

(A-l) THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN WARDS 20 AND 25 SHALL BE AS
FOLLOWS:

(1)  BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
CENTERLINE OF GWYNNS FALLS AND THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF THE
CHESAPEAKE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD TRACKS AND CONTINUING
UPSTREAM ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF GWYNNS FALLS TO THE POINT
WHERE GWYNNS FALLS INTERSECT WITH MAIDEN'S CHOICE RUN, THEN
PROCEEDING ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF MAIDEN'S CHOICE RUN TO
YALE AVENUE;

(2)  Then north along the center line of Yale
Avenue to Frederick Avenue;

(3)  Then west along center line of Frederick
Avenue to Woodington Road;

(b)  The boundary between wards 20 and 28 shall be as
follows:

(1)  Beginning at the intersection of Frederick
Avenue and Woodington Road and continuing north along center
line of Woodington Road to Old Frederick Road;

(2)  Then northwest along center line of Old
Frederick Road to Athol Avenue;
