AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Ocean City Convention Hall Commission)

FOR the purpose of permitting a Class D license be issued to
the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission; and granting
certain monopolistic privileges to the Commission with
certain restrictions; and limiting the yearly number of
Class B licenses that may be issued to certain bonafide
nonprofit organizations using the convention hall.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

19.

(y) [(8) (i) In Worcester County, the license shall be
issued only within the tenth election district.

(ii) The annual fee for the license is
$750.
