shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission

Stormwater Management Facilities

MC/PG 20-81

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission to require certain owners to
provide on-site stormwater management facilities or
post a certain bond in lieu of providing the
facilities; permitting the Commission to enter into
certain agreements with certain developers for the
payment of a certain fee; and generally relating to
stormwater management in the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 67 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District

Section 3-11(d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1978 Replacement Volume and 1980 Supplement)

(As enacted by Chapter __ (H.B.____) of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1981)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B.____) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1981) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:

Article 67 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District

311.

(d) (1) In connection with its review and approval of
the requirements for storm drainage OR STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT, the commission may require the owner or owners
to provide right of way or easement areas for storm drainage
facilities OR ON-SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES, and
