(4) Disclose any confidential information
concerning the property, management, or affairs of
[Montgomery County] EITHER COUNTY, Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission or Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission or use such information to advance the financial
or other private interests of himself or other persons.

(c) When a commissioner has any interest as described
in this section which is or reasonably may be incompatible
with or in conflict with any of his official duties or acts,
he shall disclose the interest in a regular public meeting
of the Commission or the planning [board] BOARDS and the
disclosure shall appear in the minutes, and he shall
disqualify himself and not participate in the decision or
act affected thereby.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

State Board of Dental Examiners - Dental Hygienists

FOR the purpose of providing that the dental hygienist
member of the State Board of Dental Examiners may not
participate in any activity relating to the examination
of dentists unless authorized by the Board; and
repealing a provision that relates to voting by the
dental hygienist members of the Board.
