and matching fund for this project is not presented to the
Board of Public Works on or before June 1, 1983, the
proceeds of the loan shall be transferred to the Annuity
Bond Fund and applied to the debt service requirements of
the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Distinguished Scholar Program - Scholarships for the
Artistically Talented

FOR the purpose of providing that a certain portion of
scholarships in the Distinguished Scholar Program shall
may be awarded on the basis of superior creative talent
or skill in art, music, dance, or the theater;
providing for a certain qualification process; deleting
a reference to the maximum number of awards to be
granted on the basis of certain national scholarship
programs; and clarifying language.
