(2) Paint a red line on the curb, edge, or side
of the roadway, long enough to reserve a space for one Class
A (passenger) vehicle.
[(f)] (G) In Baltimore City, the establishment of a
reserved parking space shall be subject to approval of the
Baltimore City Department of Transit and Traffic, in
accordance with the charter and public local laws of
Baltimore City.
[(g)] (H) In Baltimore County, the establishment of a
reserved parking space shall be subject to approval of the
Baltimore County Department of Traffic Engineering, in
accordance with the charter and public local laws of
Baltimore County.
(I) UNLESS THE VEHICLE DISPLAYS A PERMIT ISSUED FOR
THE SPACE IN WHICH THE VEHICLE IS PARKED, A PERSON MAY NOT
PARK A VEHICLE IN A RESERVED PARKING SPACE ESTABLISHED UNDER
THIS SECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning
Frederick County - Volunteer Fire, Rescue,
and Ambulance Companies
FOR the purpose of correcting certain references relating to
fire, rescue, and ambulance services in Frederick
County to reflect the merger of certain organizations
to be the new Frederick County Volunteer Fire and
Rescue Association, Inc.; requiring compliance with
certain rules, and certain approval and recognition
before certain rescue and ambulance services may be
offered in Frederick County; correcting certain
references to exempted fire, rescue, and ambulance
departments; and clarifying language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
The Public Local Laws of Frederick County
Section 2-8-1, 2-8-2, and 2-8-3
