Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

(a) The [following] real and tangible personal

property [are] SPECIFIED IN THIS SECTION IS exempt from

assessment and from State, county, and city ordinary

taxation, except as otherwise stated[, which ]. THE

exemptions shall be strictly construed[.].

9C.

(i) In Dorchester County, real and tangible personal
property owned by:

(1)   [the] THE Women's Auxiliary of the Cambridge
Maryland DORCHESTER MEMORIAL Hospital as of July 1, 1969[,
and real and tangible personal property owned by the];

(2)  THE Cambridge Little League, Inc.; AND
(3) THE CEDAR MEADOWS ROD AND GUN CLUB, INC.;

AND

(4) THE CAMBRIDGE SKEET AND GUN CLUB, INC.

(3) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY GRANT TAX
CREDITS FOR REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CEDAR
MEADOWS ROD AND GUN CLUB, INC. AND THE CAMBRIDGE SKEET AND
GUN CLUB, INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Appropriations - Unexpended Balances - Reversion

FOR the purpose of providing that certain unexpended
balances of certain appropriations for facilities which
fail to open on time shall revert to the general
treasury or to the appropriate special fund and may not
be expended for any other purpose or transferred by
budget amendment; and providing for the pro rata
reversion of certain funds.
