pension or salary calculated at the rate of [$1,125] $1,525
annually for each year, or a part of a year of active
service, but the maximum pension or salary for the service
by a Chief Judge may not exceed [$11,250] $15,000 annually.
The pension or salary shall be paid by the City of Baltimore
in the same manner as the salaries of the judges of the
court for the city are paid.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
pensions in effect as of January 1, 1981 for any retired
associate judge or any retired Chief Judge is not changed by
this Act but shall remain in effect as if this Act had not
been enacted.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - School Shared Space Council

FOR the purpose of establishing a School Shared Space
Council in Harford County; providing for the membership
of the Council; providing for the duties of the
Council, including the duty to monitor and evaluate
alternate uses by community and county departments of
vacancies in public schools in Harford County; and
generally relating to a School Shared Space Council in
Harford County.
