AN ACT concerning

Protection From Domestic Violence

FOR the purpose of including certain persons within the
definition of household member; providing definitions
of certain terms; specifying time limits for court
orders; making the violation of an order a misdemeanor;
providing penalties; allowing warrantless arrests;
providing civil immunity for law enforcement officers;
and generally relating to procedures for protection
from domestic violence.
